Aluminum composite panel is the construction material that consists of the combination of two aluminum plate and the low density polyethylene filling in between them. Adhesive granules allow polyethylene to adhere to the aluminum plate. It has superior surface resistance due to the paint of the upper aluminum plate.
Lightweight, fast and easy installation, high aesthetic appearance, robust sound and heat insulation, wide range of color and flexible project practicality are the most prominent features.
Exterior and interior of buildings, decoration applications and billboards are the main application areas.
All materials used in the production of composite panels can be recycled.
The aluminum composite panel line included in our facility in 2013, which has an annual capacity of 4.5 million m², can manufacture plates of 0.20 to 0.50 mm thickness and of 1,000 to 1,500 mm width.
In addition to our A2 and B1 fireproof production, certified by SGS, our facility has TSEK, ISO 9001: 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO EMS 14001: 2005 certificates as well.
